A new $500,000 USDA-funded project at NC State University is connecting high school biology education with real-world agriculture and career opportunities. Farm to Classroom will immerse North Carolina teachers in hands-on experiences at farms, plant nurseries, and research facilities, equipping them with engaging lessons that bring agricultural science to life for an estimated 1,800 students across the state.
