Research Opportunity for High School Students!
Are your students interested in research and looking to collaborate with researchers in the field?

The NC Youth Institute invites high school students to research an issue related to agriculture, food security and sustainability in the context of another country. All interested high school students are paired with a N.C. State research mentor for online meeting sessions once a month, and are then invited to the N.C. Plant Sciences Initiative for the 2-Day N.C. Youth Institute which includes lab shadowing, a poster session, round table discussions with experts in the field, workshops, keynotes and more.

This free research mentoring opportunity is open to all high school students in North Carolina (and beyond). Register through NCSU's Reporter by January 26th, sessions start January 27th.
